Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. Booking & Deposit

 

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• This deposit helps cover the cost of supplies we order in advance for your event.

• The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

 

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

 

• If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

• If rescheduling is not confirmed within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

3. Cancellations

 

• If you cancel for any reason (other than an approved emergency/illness reschedule), the deposit is non-refundable and will not be transferred.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional fees if supplies have already been ordered or prepared.

 

 

4. Final Payment

 

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

• Payment methods accepted: Venmo, PayPal or cash.

 

 

5. Travel & Setup

 

• We provide mobile services and will travel to your event location.

• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area (Within 15 miles of the Fargo/Moorhead area in ND.

• Setup and takedown times will be communicated in advance. Please ensure there is clear access to the setup area upon our arrival.

 

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

• The client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate space, tables, and chairs (unless otherwise agreed).

• Please ensure children are supervised at all times during the party.

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.

 

 

7. Custom Orders

 

• Custom party designs or special supply requests may require additional lead time and fees.

• Once custom orders are placed, they cannot be refunded.

 

 

8. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

 

• For outdoor events, a weather backup plan is strongly recommended.

• If the event cannot proceed due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.

 

 

9. Photos & Marketing

 

• With your permission, we may take photos of your event for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the event.
